Residence La Zondra (that means rhododendron in ladino language) is located in Pera, in the heart of Val di Fassa, in a quiet, sunny and panoramic position.
Near the house you can find all the public services, shops and the departures of famous excursions and beautiful ski areas of the valley.
The structure consists of 5 apartments divided into three types (two-room, three-room and four-room), tastefully furnished, fully equipped with free wireless connection, satellite TV and DVD player. The house features also a large private parking, fenced playground, deck chairs, sunbeds, tables and barbecue, ski room with ski boot warmers, bicycle storage, washing machine, camping beds. Also pets are accepted if they behave well.

Beautiful location, beautiful view of the mountains. Bakery and small supermarket within walking distance. Apartment was very spacious, nice and clean. Only in the kitchen we would have liked some more stuff (among other big coffee maker, wine glasses, bowls). The garden was very nice with small children. close

We had a great family holiday here and would recommend it. It is well located for beginners close to nursery ski slopes and for the more advanced the ski bus stops close by. The owners were very helpful and friendly. There is also a good variety of restaurants within walking distance.
